What are our shipping charges?

We have a flat shipping rate of Rs. 200. For local orders, the delivery period generally ranges from 6 to 14 business days. However, if there are any issues or extenuating circumstances, the order can be delayed. In most cases, the courier issues a tracking and reaches out before delivery. Please ensure that the contact number you provide when placing your order is functional.

Can I update my order once placed?

You have 24 hours to update your order once placed. Beyond that a new order will need to be placed. 

What payment options do we have?

You can pay via cash-on-delivery, bank transfer, jazz-cash and easy paisa. For options other than card payment, please share the proof of payment on our WhatsApp number after placing the order. Kindly mention in the notes of your desire to pay prior to delivery, and whether you want payment invoice/tag included with your order.
